For Full-Service projects, I’ll also assess the space to gain a comprehensive understanding of the scope before securing your spot on my workflow calendar.

We’ll begin with a kick-off meeting to discuss your project’s goals, inspiration, timeline, and budget, ensuring complete alignment from the start. This is followed by regular updates and site visits as needed to keep everything on track. I strongly believe that clear and open communication is key to success, so you’ll always feel informed and supported throughout the process.

Based in south-west London, I primarily take on projects in this area and central London. For clients further afield, my Virtual Interior Design services allow me to work seamlessly across the UK and Ireland without the need for travel. I also make regular visits to Dublin, making Full-Service Design a practical option for projects in and around the city.

My pricing reflects the scope of work and the value I bring to each project, based on an hourly rate. While the listed prices serve as a guide, I understand that every project is unique and am happy to tailor my approach to suit your needs. For smaller projects, we can explore adjustments to ensure the services align with your vision and budget.

To ensure seamless coordination with architects and contractors, it’s best to engage me as early as possible—ideally 3–6 months before construction begins. A thoughtfully designed home takes time, and early involvement allows for careful planning. However, it’s never too late to collaborate with RDV Designs. Whether you’re just starting or already mid-project, I can provide valuable design expertise at any stage.

I’m here to make the design process as effortless as possible, whether you prefer to step back and focus on work or family life, or stay closely involved in every decision—the choice is entirely yours. My only request is to establish a key relationship partner to ensure smooth communication and collaboration throughout the project.

With the Styling & Staging and Virtual Design packages, you’ll have the opportunity for one revision, while the Full-Service Design package includes two revisions. These revisions allow you to make adjustments and ensure the final design aligns perfectly with your vision, giving you confidence and satisfaction in the outcome.

I will oversee and coordinate the interior design aspects of the installation to ensure everything aligns with the vision we’ve created. However, for construction work, I recommend engaging a contractor or professional project manager, as their expertise is essential for managing the technical and structural elements of the project.

During our initial consultation, I’ll gain a clear understanding of the materials and furniture that suit your style and needs. I’ll then present curated options, complete with samples, for your final approval. For a more hands-on experience, you also have the option to join me on a sourcing trip to ensure every selection resonates with you.
